Short Term Capital, through an affiliate entity, has funded a $705,000 bridge loan secured by three properties located in Bellmore and Seaford, NY. This transaction was structured as a time-sensitive refinance to pay off an existing mortgage balance, with closing timelines critical.

On the day of closing, the borrower requested an increase to the loan amount, which we were able to accommodate and deliver without delays. Our ability to move quickly and remain flexible allowed the transaction to close seamlessly while meeting the borrower’s evolving needs.
